Connect at Hub Church Before Going Forth

A more familiar form-factor for fellowship, prayer, worship, communion, and discipleship.

Something More Familiar

Just because The Well Community Church does things different doesn't mean it has to be unfamiliar.  Hub Church is church the way most people find churches, but with the same heart found at any function at The Well.  Our mentality is that we should keep and practice that which draws us closer to God and be open to shift and evolve when a practice has ceased to point to Christ.  Each Sunday you can expect to start with some coffee and breakfast snacks, fellowship, prayer, worship, and a message.  Feel free to dress comfortably and meet family you never knew you had.

Starts Promptly at 9:30...ish

We start at 9:30am... kind of.  Our official start time is 9:30am on Sundays, but don't be shocked if people don't sit down until 9:45am or so.  Fostering a sense of family is a priority for us and you don't do that when you only fellowship is shaking hands before and answer the service!  Don't be alarmed; it's alright to actually get to know your church family.  If you're not careful, you might form some long-lasting bonds.

Something for the Kiddos

We have a small nursery for kids 5 and under.  Once kids hit Kindergarten, we encourage parents to 'lead by example' by having their children join in worship until the message.  We know kids don't want to listen to a boring sermon, so we'll have a kids lesson prepared for them with one of our outstanding children's volunteers.  We use the Think Orange program for our curriculum.

Recordings and Streaming

Our Hub services are streamed on social media (Facebook, YouTube).  If you want a taste of what we do before visiting, feel free to check us out.  Fair warning, we aren't going for an Emmy with our production.  We maximize our time and resources into growing together and serving, so what you'll see is purely for letting more people get a peak into our Sunday Hub Church experience.

Family, Not Facilities

Don't be shocked when it ain't the Taj Mahal.

From The Well Community Church's beginning, we've emphasized our desire to focus on the calling and not the cathedral.  What you'll see when attending a service at Hub Church reflects that.  All of our furniture and equipment is modular so that we can quickly adapt things to support events, charity/service functions, and alternative worship experiences.  We have comfortable padded seats for those joining us and a backroom with chairs and sofas.  That's about as fancy as it gets. In many ways, our facilities are a reflection of ourselves: imperfect in raw form, renewed for God's calling, and selflessly oriented so we can do what God has called us to do.
We want visitors to know what our church family prioritizes in a worship experience and it isn't the stained glass windows or steeples... it's you.  Christ came to earth so that His children would know him more and we want the way we use our resources to reflect that.  When you join us, you'll notice the mics aren't premium and the podium isn't heirloom quality, but we made sure you had quality coffee cups, comfortable seats, and a room full of people who want to get to know you more.  That's the heart we desire so that people will know The Well Community Church prioritizes a sense of family over all else.
